These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text message communications from LipDog (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located in Austin, Texas.

1. SMS program description

LipDog sends two kinds of text message. They are governed by separate consent.

Promotional messages — sent only if you check the SMS consent box described in Section 2. These are recurring automated messages and may include:

  • Offers and promotions on our AI services
  • Updates about AI services relevant to your business
  • Follow-ups after your inquiry

Transactional messages — sent in connection with an inquiry or engagement you initiated, and not dependent on promotional consent:

  • Strategy call confirmations and reminders
  • Project status updates and milestone notifications

2. How to opt in

You may opt in to promotional messages from LipDog by submitting any contact or inquiry form on our website and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box. The consent box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form — you may submit an inquiry without agreeing to promotional texts. We record your consent, the exact wording shown to you, the time, and the page it was given on.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your interactions and the nature of your engagement. You are responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier.

6. Supported carriers

Major U.S. wireless carriers support our SMS program, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from LipDog.
